Art Is Healing

“Elinth Arts: The Nigerian-Born UK-Based Visual Artist Transforming Pain into Power, Fragments into Wholeness”

I am a passionate visual artist and storyteller whose work explores the fragile intersection between identity, mental health, and creative rebirth. My abstract pencil and mixed-media illustrations narrate deeply personal yet universally relatable stories — of pain, recovery, the search for light and creative excellence.

Through my work, I aim to transform private struggles into collective healing spaces, using art exhibitions, live installations, and collaborative projects to advocate for mental health awareness, equality, and cultural integration.

My goal is to establish a National Art & Advocacy Institution that acts as a hub for social prescription where creativity and culture are therapeutic medicines for mental and physical health issues across the United Kingdom.

ART JOURNEY

Before becoming a visual artist, Elizabeth was widely known in Nigeria for her unisex fashion designs under her label Lizabeth Haute. For years, her custom pieces drew clients who celebrated her bold, versatile approach to style. But by 2021, life began to unravel in quiet, invisible ways. In that silence, something unexpected emerged: the beginnings of her visual storytelling practice.

CREATIVE HEALTH

Known for her deeply emotive abstract drawings, Elinth Arts has built a growing reputation for creating art that doesn’t just speak to the eye but reaches the heart. Her creative journey — shaped by motherhood, domestic violence, relocation, emotional battles, and artistic rebirth — reflects a powerful narrative of resilience and becoming.
